DMSS has been working at different Adibashi and Dalit communities covering wider range of grass root and the wretched section. DMSS works in the northern part of Bangladesh in remote, underdeveloped poverty-stricken and neglected areas. DMSS has successfully worked in 16 Unions of 3 Upazillas of Joypurhat District, 2 Upazillas of Noagoan District, 1 Upazilla of Thakurgoan District, 1 Upazilla of Sirajganj District and 1 Upazilla of Dinajpur District.

Upazillas of Joypurhat District DMSS have worked: Joypurhat Sadar, Panchbibi, Kalai, Khetlal and Akkelpur Upazila.

Upazillas of Noagoan District DMSS have worked: Dhamoirhat and Badalgachi.

Currently DMSS is working in Joypurhat Sadar, Panchbibi and Dhamoirhat.
